All orders are shipped via Australia Post. If you have received a tracking number, be assured, it's on its way. If tracking comes up and details pending, it may not get scanned until it's on board for delivery to you.
Orders placed by 2pm are shipped same day where possible, orders made after this time, if we are not able to lodge them for same-day shipping they will be shipped the following day. (excludes weekends/Public Holidays)
You will receive a tracking number to track the item, please allow a couple of days for Australia post to update any tracking progress. If you haven't received one, check your junk mail and add us to your address book, firstname.lastname@example.org
If we do an after-hours lodgement via a post box, these items won't be scanned until they are processed at their depot either here or when they arrive at the interstae depot.
Please allow 3-10 working days, although we hope you have them as soon as possible.
We cannot be held responsible for any Australia Post delays.
Ballarat Pick Up - Select Pick Up Option at Checkout and Pick up from the By Soho Store at 209 Sturt St, Ballarat within 14 days. If you need longer please let us know.
INTERNATIONAL - We now offer delivery to NZ at a flat rate of $19.95 and USA/UK $29.95 flat rate. All country import taxes and charges if applicable for your country are payable by the customer.

Shop Now: We will send goods purchased straight away
Pay Later: afterpay will split your payments, split 4 equal payments due each fortnight
We currently have an extended and a more flexible returns policy. We understand that you need to ensure the products are a suitable size and fit. We will accept returns and refund or exchange where suitable.
Please get in contact with us as soon as possible and we will try to make it as easy as possible to resolve any issues.
If you are local and have purchased online, we will accept returns once the store is open regardless of the timeframe.
Please note that we generally do not accept returns purely for a change of mind.
We will return any faulty products, please be aware of the reasonable and appropriate use of products as normal wear and tear are not considered a fault.
